# RISE Conclave 2026 records eight MoUs and four technology transfers to accelerate lab-to-market innovation

Public research creates knowledge, but society gains only when that knowledge becomes a tested, affordable and scalable product. Eastern India possesses universities, mineral resources and established industries, but its innovation ecosystem is less visible than metropolitan hubs.
