Not ready to publish

These pages are a draft. The facts below are not yet known, and everywhere one of them belongs the page prints [TO BE SUPPLIED] rather than a guess — an invented address or registration number on a page that governs a sale is a false record, not a placeholder.

  • Principal place of business
  • Customer-care telephone
  • Telephone hours
  • Grievance officer's name
  • Grievance officer's designation
  • City of jurisdiction

Fill them in src/lib/institute.ts — each one reads from a NEXT_PUBLIC_INSTITUTE_* environment variable, and this notice removes itself when the last is set.

Shipping and Delivery

Nothing on this site is shipped. Everything we sell is delivered online, to the account that paid for it, within moments.

Last updated 20 September 2026.

Nothing is shipped

Minds of Aspirants sells online video courses and online test series. There is no physical product: no printed book, no pen drive, no posted material of any kind. So there is no courier, no consignment or tracking number, no delivery address to keep up to date, and no shipping, handling or packaging charge on any order.

What delivery means here

Delivery means access. When a payment is confirmed, the seat that order bought is granted to the signed-in account that paid, and the course or test series opens for that account. That is the whole of it — nothing leaves a warehouse, and nothing has to arrive.

When access appears

  • Paid online — immediately, within moments of the payment succeeding. It is the gateway’s confirmation and not the click that opens the course, because only the confirmation proves the money moved.
  • Paid directly to the institute and recorded by hand from the console — within one working day of the institute confirming that payment.

Where it appears

On the account that paid, at My learning and under Purchases. Nothing is sent anywhere else, which is also why access follows the account rather than the person: buy while signed in as the account you study with.

It opens on any device with a modern browser — a phone, a tablet, a laptop — as long as you are signed in. Video lectures play on one device at a time, and each lecture may be watched the number of times the course page states before you buy: twice by default, or without limit where the course says so.

How delivery is confirmed

Two ways, and both are there straight away. The receipt sits on the order page under Purchases from the moment the payment is recorded, and a receipt is emailed to the address on your account from noreply@mindsofaspirants.com.

The institute emails four things and no others: a note when an order is placed, the receipt when it is paid, a note when a payment fails, and a note when a refund is made. There is no SMS, no phone call and no courier notification — there is nothing to notify.

What delivery costs

Nothing. The price shown on a course or a test series is the whole price: no delivery charge, no convenience fee and no handling charge is added at checkout or afterwards.

Minds of Aspirants is not registered under GST. No GST is charged, and the price shown is the whole price.

If access does not appear

First reload Purchases and check which account you are signed in as: access goes to the account that bought it, and a second account signed up with a different email will not see it.

If it is still not there, write to brahmanprabha@gmail.com with the order number from the order page. We answer within 48 hours and, where the payment did land, grant the access by hand. If money left your account and no order exists at all, say so and quote your bank’s reference for the debit — money debited with no access granted is returned in full, without argument, as the Cancellation and Refunds policy says.

Where we deliver

Wherever this site is reachable. There is no country we deliver to or do not deliver to, because there is nothing to carry. Prices are in Indian rupees and every payment is settled in rupees; if you pay from outside India, your bank does the conversion and whatever it charges for that is between you and your bank.
